Sommelier Featured Wine of the Month

Nothing says Springtime like a beautiful Provençale-style Rosé that is also Organically Grown by iconic wine producer Randal Grahm of Bonny Doon Vineyards in California.

Our Sommelier, William Eccleston, has chosen the perfect Spring Wine for the month of April:

Rosé  - "Vin Gris de Cigare ~ Central Coast" is Bonny Doon Vineyards' refreshingly dry Grenache Blend that will be featured on our winekeeper for the entire month of April.

grilled beefsteak tomatoes, burrata cheese & crisp proscuitto in a lemon vinaigrette

Fantasia di Verdure

warm salad of grilled zucchini, squash, carrot & eggplant topped with roasted red peppers & carmelized onions

Capesante all’Arancia

pan-seared jumbo scallops, light orange glaze served with roasted butternut squash & purple cauliflower
